Hi! I'm Karen. I grew up in Los Angeles in a humble Cantonese-Vietnamese household, where my grandma's backyard garden was my first creative playground. I spent hours barefoot among cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs, learning to recognize plants by smell and discovering how to notice beauty, be still, and create with intention.

Like many from traditional Asian families, I initially pursued a stable career path, becoming a certified Paralegal, working for the County, then moving into nonprofit leadership. But creativity always called me back through small kitchen gardens, patio flowers, and DIY projects. Friends and family began asking me to design their florals and plan their celebrations, and I realized I was returning to what had always been there: a love for beauty, storytelling, and creating with my hands.

I specialize in intimate events, creative pop-ups, and gatherings that bring people together through blooms and nature. Whether designing wedding bouquets, creating floral décor for dinner parties, or hosting workshops, my goal remains the same: to create something that feels authentically you, rooted in beauty and care.
